Pass the THEA — Sample Module

The material of this online program gives full information on the THEA test, hints on preparing and taking the exam, instruction on all of the content objectives, three sample tests for each of the content areas, and feedback on each test item.

In this sample you can get a sense of the full online program. Use the Contents listed in the Menu at your left. Each of these major menu entries can be used to access another menu that provides a further breakdown of the program.

This Sample Module contains greatly shortened tests in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics. Each test contains only three items to give you a sense of how the questions are shown. When you complete the three items the program will show the type of grading information that the student will receive.

On the grading sheet, you can click on item 1, 2, or 3 to see the feedback that is given for a student wishing help.

The Logout button on the Menu screen allows the student to stop working when necessary and pick up at the same place when returning. The program automatically remembers the location in the module for each student who properly accesses the online program.

We believe this online program will be a major help for any student facing the THEA. Students who need a little help and the experience of taking some sample tests will find their needs met by this program. Students with major deficiencies will be gently informed of their need for taking courses to overcome those deficiencies.

Faculty members will greatly appreciate the record keeping that accompanies this program. It will provide the information and scores a faculty member needs to focus on the individual problem spots of each student.
