Welcome to the Self-Testing Module. You have completed the LASSI and you have had a chance to look over your results.

75 - 100 If you scored above the 75th percentile on the Self-Testing Scale, you probably don't need to work on your checking, or self-testing, of what you are learning.
50 - 75 If you scored between the 75th and the 50th percentiles on the Self-Testing Scale, you should consider improving your self-testing skills.
0 - 50

If you scored below the 50th percentile on the Self-Testing Scale, you need to improve your self-testing skills, or you may have serious problems succeeding in college.

Using the information, suggestions, strategies and skills presented in this module, other students have been able to improve their self-testing skills.

The headings shown in the blue column to your left list the major sections of this module. It is important that you work through each screen and activity in order. The sequence of the material within this module is not random — earlier explanations and exercises build a foundation for later sections.

It is also important that you have a pen and paper available for note taking. This is especially true for the Activities where you must make a paper copy of your response.
