Summary Of The Motivation Module

You are nearing the end of the Motivation Module. We have discussed many of the most important factors in motivation and provided you with activities to improve your motivation in relation to each of these areas. These are not the only components related to motivation. There are many other activities that you can find to help you improve your motivation.

In addition to the specific activities described in this module, some other ideas for improving motivation are listed on the next screen. These are ideas that other college students have found useful. They can help you to improve your motivation beyond what we have discussed here. They also suggest other ideas to think about when you find yourself having motivation problems.

The bad news is that your motivation is directly related to your achievement in college. But, remember, the good news is that motivation is one area that is very much under your control!
