Personal Goals

Using:

  • the list you created in Activity #5,

  • knowledge about yourself, and

  • what you want to accomplish in your lifetime,

it is now possible to write personal goals for yourself.

A personal goal is one that relates only to you, not other people. It is focused on you as an individual and not on your social relationships, school, or work.

For example, wanting to lose weight is a common personal goal.
