Levels are to be used as a guide in assisting
students/clients to attain higher levels of computer

Education Can perform adequately in routine work
situations which do not require a high degree of

complex problem-solving, and sophisticated teamwork. May or
may not have a strong sense of responsibility. Level 4 - High Intermediate Basic
Education Can perform well in work situations which
require only a moderate degree of persistence, adaptability,
sense of quality, complex problem-solving, ability to learn,
and sophisticated teamwork. Likely to have a sound sense of
responsibility. Level 5 - Low Adult Secondary
Education Can perform well in work situations which
require persistence, adaptability, sense of quality and
responsibility, complex problem-solving, ability to learn,
and sophisticated teamwork. Level 6 - High Adult Secondary
Education Has a strong sense of responsibility and
quality, is skilled at and interested in learning, can
proactively solve complex problems, adapt effectively, and
work well with in sophisticated teams.
